Five profiles in cream, sage, slate blue, rose, and ochre, overlapping across the panel — held closer together than in Quiet Arrival, and turned further towards one another. Three carry a raised disc where an ear or an eye would be.
The colours are flat and dry, so the piece is built out of edges rather than shading. Where two faces cross, the one behind is dropped by a few millimetres and the join is left plainly visible.
Cut and modelled by hand, each face from its own board, then assembled in layers on the ground.
