Delivery Information
Timelines by region, tracking, and what to check the moment it arrives.

Estimated delivery times
Counted in working days from dispatch, not from the date you order.
- Rajkot and Gujarat — 2 to 3 days
- Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune — 3 to 5 days
- Rest of India — 5 to 8 days
- International — 10 to 21 days, plus customs clearance
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the piece is handed to the courier. If the link has not arrived within 24 hours of your dispatch notice, contact us.
When it arrives
Please open the box while the delivery person is still present, or on the same day at the latest.
- Photograph the outer box before opening if it shows any crushing or damage.
- Check the piece against the dimensions and finish described on its product page.
- Report transit damage within 48 hours, with photographs of both the piece and the packaging.
Handling your piece
Lift larger works from the base with both hands, never by a rim or an edge. Heavier pieces are noted on their product page — Weight of Morning, for example, needs two hands to move safely.
Failed delivery
Couriers make up to three attempts. If all three fail, the piece returns to the studio and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery after a failed first round is charged at cost.
Please make sure the delivery address has someone available to receive and sign.
Changing your address
We can change the delivery address any time before dispatch. Once the piece is with the courier, we cannot.
