Shipping Policy
How your piece is packed, insured, and sent — and what it costs.

Where we ship
We ship across India from our studio in Rajkot, Gujarat. International orders are accepted on request — write to us before ordering and we will quote carriage, duties, and transit time for your country.
Shipping charges
- Within India: free on orders above Rs. 10,000. Below that, a flat Rs. 350.
- Oversized works (above 6 kg) carry a Rs. 750 handling charge, shown at checkout.
- International: quoted individually before the order is confirmed.
- Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Dispatch time
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. Because each work is one of one, we re-inspect and re-photograph it before it leaves the studio.
Commissions are made to order and follow the lead time agreed with you, usually 8 to 12 weeks.
Packing
Every piece is wrapped in reusable materials, suspended in a fitted inner box, and double-boxed. We do not use loose polystyrene fill.
Keep the packaging until you are certain you are happy with the piece — returns must travel in the original box.
Insurance
All shipments are insured for their full value while in transit, at our cost. Risk passes to you once the piece has been delivered and accepted.
Delays
Weather, strikes, and customs holds are outside our control. If a shipment is running materially late we will contact you rather than wait for you to ask.
